Terms of use.
The terms for using tulparus.ai and for taking part in the pilot programme. A customer organisation’s use of the product is governed by a separate agreement.
Scope
Tulparus is operated by GetClinic Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms cover this website and the pilot programme. Using the Tulparus product as a customer organisation is governed by that organisation’s written agreement with us, including the data-processing agreement. If it differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
Using the site
You may read the site and send us a request for access. Do not interfere with its operation, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or send automated requests that load it unreasonably. To report a security problem in good faith, write to [email protected].
Sending a request for access does not create a contract and does not promise a place in the pilot.
Decision support, not diagnosis
Tulparus helps a clinical genetics team decide where to look in a case that stayed unresolved, and shows why. It does not give a diagnosis and it does not act without a person’s sign-off. Clinical decisions are made by qualified professionals in your organisation.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Screens shown here use synthetic data. Tulparus is not offered as a medical device or as an autonomous diagnostic system.
The pilot programme
Places are limited and offered at our discretion. A pilot starts with a written agreement. Participants agree to enter patient data only after the data-processing agreement is signed, to keep their credentials confidential, and to review every proposal before acting on it. Either side may end a pilot with notice, and your data is returned or deleted as you choose.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to reach another organisation’s data.
- Do not bypass a sign-off step, or let a model or script approve in a person’s place.
- Do not copy or reverse-engineer the models or the software.
- Do not use the service to give diagnoses or advice directly to patients.
- Do not put patient data into the website or the request form.
Intellectual property
The website, the software and the models belong to GetClinic Inc. or its licensors. Your case data stays yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without owing you anything for it.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, GetClinic Inc. is not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or from decisions you make using it, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a product agreement is as set out in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
