Where your data is hosted

Your data stays in your jurisdiction: the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Türkiye. Analysis, backups and every Tulparus AI model run inside that boundary, under the law that applies there.

One region per organisation. Nothing leaves it.

What is a case credit?One credit pays for a new case’s first analysis. An exome costs 1 credit, a genome 3, and a family case costs more. Reanalysing that case later is free.
Do we need a card for the pilot?No. The pilot is 30 days with 3 users and 5 case credits.
What happens when the pilot ends?Your account becomes read-only for 90 days. You can export your data or subscribe in that time, and subscribing brings everything back as it was. We email you 30 days and 7 days before pilot data is deleted.
Which currencies can we pay in?US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Can we pay by invoice?Yes, on Center annual plans and on Enterprise, with a purchase order and 30-day terms.
Is reanalysis really free?Yes, on paid plans. Re-running a case you already paid for spends no credits, including after you add phenotypes or notes. Adding a newly sequenced sample to the case costs the difference between the smaller and the larger case.
What happens if we run out of credits?That depends on the monthly spending limit your admin chose at checkout. Up to that limit, extra cases are billed at your plan’s extra-credit price on the monthly invoice. With a limit of 0, new analyses wait until you add credits. You can also buy a credit pack at any time.
Can we cancel?Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. After that, your account is read-only for 90 days so you can export everything, and we email you 30 days and 7 days before the data is deleted. Enterprise contracts can set a longer period.
Where is our data hosted?In your region: the United States, the European Union (Frankfurt), the United Kingdom (London) or Türkiye, set from your organisation’s country. Patient data and Tulparus LLM processing stay in that region. Enterprise customers can also run Tulparus Private on their own servers.
Is patient data shared with the payment provider?No. Billing only sees your organisation’s name and the plan you bought. Invoices list plans, packs and counts, never cases.

Reanalysing a case you already paid for costs nothing, and neither do new versions of the same case. A run that fails before annotation gives the credit back.

Changes

Upgrades take effect at once; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the billing period. Nothing is refunded when a case gets smaller. Prices are before tax.
